Bastille Week Menu 2009 - (dates: Monday 13th - Saturday 18th July 2009.)
Some of you may wonder what does ‘Application’ mean in our restaurant name. Our restaurant is part of the cooking school, and the food are freshly prepared by students attending our advanced Practical Hospitality Cooking Classes.
In general, our restaurant opens for lunch on Thursday, dinners on Friday and Saturday, plus special occasions. We can also accommodate special group bookings on other times.
We also have Native Australian Cooking Demonstration and Lunch on Monday and Friday.
