Some of you may wonder what does ‘Application’ mean in our restaurant name. Our restaurant is part of the cooking school, and the food are freshly prepared by students attending our advanced Practical Hospitality Cooking Classes.


In general, our restaurant opens for lunch on Thursday, dinners on Friday and Saturday during school terms, plus special occasions. We can also accommodate special group bookings on other times. For Term 1 2010 (current term), the restaurant only opens for lunch on Thursdays and dinner on Fridays. Booking is essential.

native australian foodYou might have tried Kangaroo and Crocodile meat before, but we don’t think you’ve tasted them in our uniquely delicious style. We also have Native Australian Cooking Demonstration and Lunch on Monday and Friday during school terms.
