Some of you may wonder what does ‘Application’ mean in our restaurant name. Our restaurant is part of the cooking school, and the food are freshly prepared by students attending our advanced Practical Hospitality Cooking Classes.

In general, our restaurant opens for lunch on Thursday, dinners on Friday and Saturday. Food and Wine Matching Dinners are on special nights. We can also accommodate special group bookings on other times.
We also have Native Australian Cooking Demonstration and Lunch on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
