Winter Soup & Consommé Workshop
In this workshop, we will teach students how to prepare a selection of winter soups, consommé, broth, crème & velouté, such as Cultivateur Soup, Consommé Royal, Crème “Agnès Sorel”, Warringal Native Soup as well as a Cold Fruit Dessert Soup. At the end of the workshop, students will enjoy beautiful soup and consommé prepared during the workshop.


Like all our other Cooking Classes and Workshops, this workshop is fully practical (hands-on). Students are fully involved in this workshop. We don't ask you to just watch the demonstration, prepared to get your hands messy! (Okay, not that messy)
