Sweet and Savoury Pastry Workshop
In this workshop, students will learn how to prepare fresh puff pastry, short crust pasty, sweet pastry, choux paste and more. We will also transform all those pastries into tasty recipes. The pastries will be tasted at the conclusion of the course and be taken home.
Students will learn how to make fresh puff pastry from scratch. Making puff pastry is time consuming, and during the resting time, students will learn other pastry recipes.
Like all our other Cooking Classes and Workshops, this workshop is fully practical (hands-on). Students are fully involved in this workshop. We don't ask you to just watch the demonstration, prepared to get your hands messy! (Okay, not that messy)
