Native Australian Cooking Class
In this class, the teacher will explain where to buy those elusive native Australian ingredients for using in the diration of the class. Each week, student will discover how to use new native herbs, nuts, berries, vegetables as well as native Australian fish and meats. Cost $290 (9 sessions, including a 5-course meal in the first session)
The teacher will supply some special harder to get ingredients. As the cost of those ingredients are not cheap, the cost of this class is slightly higher than others.
