The Weekday Tour of the market takes us to the Flemington markets, then Fish Markets, Hospitality Warehouse, Cookery Book Shop, Nut & Spices Warehouse and Essential Ingredients. We return to the school for a short cooking demonstration and lunch (breakfast, morning snacks & lunch are included in cost.)

Our Saturday Tour takes us to the Fish Markets, Herbies, Simon Johnson, The Cookery Book Shop, Nut Warehouse, Essential Ingredients & the Hospitality Shop (breakfast, picnic lunch and afternoon tea as well as a short pastry demonstration are included in cost.)
