Health Conscious Cooking Class
Students will learn to use leaner cuts of meat, poultry, to use less fat and cream in your cooking, however due to the addition of spices and herbs every dishes prepared taste sensational! Prepare some light starters, soups, mains, side dish and dessert. Each week students will learn to cook an assortment of easy and tasty dishes to be taken home. After attending this class, students will feel more confident in their own kitchens.This class is designed for those with little or almost no cooking knowledge or experience.
