Course fees must be paid in full at the time of enrolment (booking).
If you are absent or unable to attend a class, there's no guarantee that you can make up a missed class by attending an equivalent class on another day. The maximum number of students in a class is strictly limited, and each week we cover different menus. There are no refunds for missed classes, however, we do accept substituting your place (i.e. having a friend to take the missed class in your place).
There are no refunds or transfers made if notice given is less than 2 days (48 hours) before the commencement of your course (cooking class, weekend workshop (previously known sunday workshop), cake decorating class). Administration fee may apply if refund or transfer is issued.
Transferring cooking classes, weekend workshop (previously known as sunday workshop) and cake decorating classes
Requests for transfers made two weeks before the commencement of the cooking classes, sunday workshops or cake decorating classes will incur a $10 administration fee (per class/workshop).
Requests for transfers made between two weeks and two days (48 hours) before the commencement of the course (cooking class, sunday workshop, cake decorating class) will incur a $30 administration fee (per class/workshop).
Withdrawing from cooking classes and cake decorating classes
Requests for withdrawal made two weeks before the commencement of the cooking classes or cake decorating classes will incur a $30 administration fee (per class).
Requests for withdrawal made between two weeks and two days (48 hours) before the commencement of the course (cooking class or cake decorating class) will incur a $50 administration fee (per class).
Withdrawing from weekend workshop (previously known as sunday workshops) (including cake decorating crash workshop), teenager school holiday workshops and native Australian cooking demonstration
Requests for withdrawal made two weeks before the commencement of the weekend workshops (including cake decorating crash workshop), teenager school holiday workshops and native Australian cooking demonstration will incur a $20 administration fee (per workshop/cooking demonstration).
Requests for withdrawal made between two weeks and two days (48 hours) before the commencement of the sunday workshop (including cake decorating crash workshop) will incur a $40 administration fee (per workshop/cooking demonstration).
In the unlikely event of the course being cancelled due to insufficient enrolments you will receive a full refund or credit towards another class or workshop of your choice. (No administration fees apply in such case.)
