How to enroll:
1/ By mail:
send the completed enrolment form with a cheque or postal order (cross and made payable to 'PICS') or credit card detail (fees apply) to: Paris International Cooking School, PO Box 72, Annandale, NSW 2038.
2/ By fax:
complete and fax back enrolment form with credit card number [Amex, Visa, Master Card] to the school 24 hours fax on (02) 9560 2443 (credit card surcharges apply).
3/ By PayPal:
complete enrolment form and fax back the enrolment form to (02) 9560 2443, then make payment via Paypal to
. (surcharges apply, same amount as Credit Card)
4/ In person:
bring the completed enrolment form and course fee by cash, cheque, postal order or credit card (fee apply) to the school during our opening hours (call 9518 1066 before coming to the school to make sure we are open!) Our address: 216 Parramatta Road, Stanmore.
5/ By phone:
reserved for a late enrolment. Please have course details and credit card ready when calling the school on (02) 9518 1066 (a credit card fee apply).
Course Fee:
The advertised enrolment fee include the course fee, all printed course material, most kitchen equipment as well as a “levy” for cost of share ingredients and first class foods, (+ kitchen hand services) as well as all wines to be tested during our beverages classes. All our Hospitality & Friday Dinner class are fully inclusive of ingredients each weeks + meals. All our prices are fully inclusive of GST as required by Commonwealth Government laws.
Enrolment Policy:
Enrolments are taken in order of receipt (full payment has to be sent with enrolment form). Book early to avoid disappointment (classes have strict maximum numbers of students).
Classes which have not reach their minimum numbers of students get cancelled prior to the starting date.
Waiting lists are available for all classes & workshops.
