We are offering new Macaron and Filling II Workshop (Advanced Level 2). This advanced level 2 workshop explores even more intricate flavours as well as even more advanced technique (than Advanced Level 1 which is a prerequisite for this workshop).

We are now selling our very tasty Macarons. Our macarons are 100% handmade with fresh ingredent. Only $8.00 for a box of 6 (or in glass).

MasterChef contestant Jimmy SeervaiWe were proud to have Jimmy Seervai - one of top 6 contestants from MasterChef season 2 (2010) - here with us during his filming break. He did some quick courses with us, including our popular Knife Skills Workshop and Native Australian Lunch Workshop.
Jimmy finished as 3rd runner-up in MasterChef 2010. Well done Jimmy!
